Opening of quote envelopes for network electronics and kitchen equipment
An event was held this morning at the PITA Science Centre which saw the opening of Envelope 3 containing the quotes from Batches 11 and 12 for works on the PITA Research and Technological Transfer Centre in El Alquián.
The first of the two batches encompasses network electronics, the wireless data network and the perimeter security system, while the second corresponds to the fitting of kitchen and restaurant equipment. The opening of Envelope 3 for Batch 11 was held at 11am and that of Batch 12 was opened at 11:30am.
The technical proposals (Envelope 2) for both batches were opened last month on 24th August (Batch 11) and 30th August (Batch 12).
The contract awarding committee will meet within a few days to make its decision after having evaluated and awarded the proposals submitted by the various companies for the respective tenders.
