Antonio Ávila presides over PITA Board of Directors meeting

Antonio Ávila, the Regional Minister of Economics, Innovation and Science and also President of the Almería Science and Technology Park (PITA), presided over the Board of Directors meeting held today at the Science Centre.
During this meeting, two new members were chosen to form part of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.

Isabel Liviano Peña and Javier Russinés Torregrosa were both designated to become new members of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. This committee is comprised of the minister himself, Antonio Ávila Cano, representing the Ministry of Economics, Innovation and Science; Isabel Liviano Peña, representing the Andalusian Agrarian and Fishing Management Agency (AGAPA, in Spanish); Javier Russinés Torregrosa, from the financial institution UNICAJA; and Alfonso Hernández Calpena, representing the financial institution CAJAMAR. Also in attendance at PITA meetings, but without votes, are the Secretary to the Board of Directors, Juan José Mullor Algarra; and the organisation’s Managing Director, Alfredo Sánchez Fernández.
