A modern and sustainable technology park

The Almería Technology Park was designed following the most demanding environmental and architectural criteria. The size of its first construction phase is a million square metres, of which half is dedicated to open outdoor areas. The Park administration manages the plots for sale, which offer companies and organizations an opportunity to set up operations in an idyllic location boasting fantastic infrastructures and enjoying good road accessibility and all of the services offered by the Science and Technology Park.

On sale starting at 1,000 square metres, our plots are equipped with the most advanced services and are located inside a secure complex. Security is maintained thanks to a state-of-the-art camera network linked to our own internal fibre optic network and a Central Alarm Centre on the premises.

Among the services available to all of the plots are:

access to a natural gas network
low and mid voltage electricity network
fibre optic telecommunications in buildings (FTTH) and the possibility to connect security systems to the Park’s network.

All of these services are guaranteed, along with maximum quality thanks to the substantial investment made towards external park infrastructures; namely the expansion of the electrical substation at El Toyo and the construction of the park’s own reservoirs, which supply potable water originating from the municipal waterworks network.

The Science and Technology Park of Almería was built with public funds coming from the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
